All artworks on Artoose are sold with a authenticity certificate signed by the artist All issues (photographs, prints etc) are numbered and signed by the artist

We aim to recommend new artists however, we understand it can be rather difficult to find the right artwork for your home, therefore we offer advice to save you precious time Contact us requesting advice service and we will send you a short form to fill out After receiving you form we will send you a personalised selection of artworks to choose from within 48 hours

The image on the website is an accurate representation of the artwork, but has no contractual value We are very sorry if a purchased artwork doesn’t meet your needs. For this reason you have up to 14 days to ask for a refund

If you’d like to buy an artwork just click on the “Add to Cart” button available in every page You will be asked to check out Once you click on “Buy” you will then fill out your shipping details Then You will be asked to choose a payment method (credit card, Stripe. Bank transfer only on request, contact us for further details ) Once the payment is completed you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox

All credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc.) and bank transfer.

The works are packaged by the artist and follow a standardised packaging process.

We deliver everywhere, or in any case all countries that our delivery companies operate in

Shipping costs are included in the price for deliveries in Italy and up to 10kg Shipping outside Italy has a variable cost which is easily calculated by our shipping fee calculator on the shopping cart

After the payment the artist takes about 3 days for the packaging and the shipping the artwork is then given to delivery companies and he timing of delivery may vary, depending on the destination and the size of the packaging
The shipment usually takes 3 business days to Italy, however shipment to other countries or to island can take longer. Is it always possibie to track the shipping with the tracking tools provided by the delivery company.

Each artwork is shipped by the artist. So if the two works are by the same artist, they may be delivered at the same time. If they are by different artists, the delivery dates will be different.

We know it happens! That’s why you have 14 days after the delivery to let us know You will be refunded once the artwork has been returned to the artist, according to our terms and conditions
